The location was convenient (i could easily walk to the university). the staff were kind. i found a mark & spencer convenience store just opposite the street, handy. the car park was spacious without height restrictions. A rare find, indeed.
I had difficulty with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

I found ample parking at the hotel. A bonus was the adjacent m&s food store and petrol station, very handy for travel essentials! the bus stop nearby offered convenient access to the city center. i enjoyed exploring the west end, within walking distance from the hotel.
I noticed the shower temperature fluctuated significantly. It alternated between very hot and cold. it made showering quite difficult and required constant adjustment.

i found the staff very helpful. the hotel let me keep a bag at reception after i checked out, it made a big difference. my room included a lovely view. it overlooked the pond. i felt well located for the west end but the area wasn't loud at night.
I observed some hairs in the bath. I think the room could use a deeper cleaning.
